Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unworn, unused, with original tags attached, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
To initiate a return, contact us at support@styledarchive.com before sending anything back. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted. Once your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@styledarchive.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will evaluate and resolve the problem as quickly as possible at no cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods
- Custom or personalized products
- Opened personal care or beauty products
- Sale items
- Gift cards
If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, contact us before initiating a request.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. The fastest way to get a different item is to return your original purchase and place a new order once your return is approved.
European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt for any reason, without justification. Items must still be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging, accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or card provider may require additional processing time beyond that window.
If 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, contact us at support@styledarchive.com and we will investigate immediately.
