The Archive VIP Club is a monthly subscription membership billed at $19.99 per month.
Your membership renews automatically every 30 days unless canceled before your next billing date.


What You're Agreeing To

By purchasing The Archive Club membership, you authorize The Styled Archive to charge your payment method $19.99 every 30 days. Your subscription will continue and renew automatically until canceled. No additional authorization will be requested before each renewal charge.


Renewal Notifications

You will receive an email reminder at least 3 days before each renewal charge. This notification will include your upcoming billing date, amount, and a direct way to manage or cancel your membership.


Managing Your Membership

You have full control over your membership at any time through your account portal, accessible on our website after logging into your account.

Within your portal you can:

  • Cancel your membership

  • Pause your membership

  • Skip an upcoming billing cycle

  • Update your payment method


Additional Terms

  • No fees or penalties for canceling

  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period

  • You retain full access to VIP benefits through the last day of your paid period


How to Cancel

You may cancel at any time using any of the following methods:

  • Online: Log in to your account and cancel directly — no phone call required

  • Email: support@styledarchive.com — include your name and email address associated with your account

To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellation must be completed before your renewal date.


Refunds

We want every member to feel confident in their subscription. Refund requests are reviewed individually and handled fairly.

  • Requests made within 7 days of a charge will be reviewed and honored where reasonable

  • If you were charged and had no opportunity to cancel before the renewal, we will issue a full refund upon request

  • Partial refunds may be issued at our discretion for charges outside the 7-day window


Failed Payments

  • If a payment fails, we will attempt to process it again over the following 7 days

  • You will receive email notification of each failed attempt with instructions to update your payment method

  • If payment is not collected after retry attempts, your membership will be paused until resolved

  • No penalty fees are charged for failed payments
