We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Orders may be limited or canceled based on product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity. If your order is canceled after payment has been collected, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Prices are subject to change without notice. You agree to provide accurate and current billing and payment information for all purchases made on our site. By submitting your payment information, you authorize The Styled Archive to charge your selected payment method for the total amount of your order including applicable taxes and shipping.

All shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or factors outside of our control.

Once an order has been marked as shipped and tracking has been provided, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the carrier directly for assistance with missing shipments.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Wyoming.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the site following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

SECTION 15 – VIP MEMBERSHIP / SUBSCRIPTION

The Styled Archive offers an optional VIP membership called The Archive Club, billed at $19.99 per month.

By selecting and purchasing The Archive Club membership, you agree to a recurring monthly billing arrangement and authorize The Styled Archive to charge your payment method $19.99 every 30 days from your purchase date without requiring additional authorization for each renewal.

Your membership will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled prior to your renewal date. You will receive an email reminder at least 3 days before each renewal charge confirming the upcoming billing date and amount. You may cancel at any time through your account portal on our website at styledarchive.com/account, or by contacting us at support@styledarchive.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period with no further charges and no cancellation fees.

Benefits associated with The Archive Club membership include but are not limited to: members-only pricing, exclusive product access, free shipping, early access to new releases, monthly surprise gifts, and dedicated customer support. Benefits are subject to change with reasonable notice and are non-transferable.

Membership fees are generally non-refundable once a billing cycle has been processed. However, refund requests submitted within 7 days of a charge will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If you were charged without a reasonable opportunity to cancel we will honor a full refund upon request. Please contact support@styledarchive.com with any billing concerns.

We reserve the right to modify, pause, or discontinue The Archive Club program at any time. In the event of discontinuation, active members will be notified in advance and refunded any unused portion of their current billing period.
